Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years progressive FP&A/accounting experience.
  • Proven ability to diagnose business performance and quantify issues and opportunities
  • Experience supporting executive-level reviews and decision-making processes
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills
  • Experience in Big 4 public accounting preferred
  • Strong operator mindset - drives structure, discipline, and follow-through
  • Analytical depth - goes beyond reporting to diagnose and solve problems
  • Courage to challenge - pushes on inconsistencies and weak assumptions

Benefits
