About the role
The Director of Security will oversee the daily operations of the Safety and Security Department and to ensure the day to day completion of the Department's annual goals and objectives. This role will lead the efforts in developing a safe and secure work environment by protecting our people, assets and reputation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to: Develop and lead a best in class safety and security program that thrives off of strategic leadership direction. Direct, lead and resolve investigations of accidents, theft, property loss and other activities of relevant nature. Champion Safety Committee efforts and meetings. Execute and manage hotel wide safety training to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage and continually elevate Injury & Illness Prevention Safety Program.
