Job Description The role will lead the North American beverage mixes portfolio strategy and execution, with responsibility for driving business and brand performance across market share, revenue, and profitability. Develop and execute a compelling business and brand strategy for the North American beverage mixes portfolio, with clear KPIs tied to market share, revenue, and profitability. Lead end-to-end portfolio management across renovation, innovation, brand positioning, pricing strategy, and in-market execution in the U.S. and in partnership with Canada. Champion cross-functional programs that drive operational efficiencies, unlock resources for brand investment, and create long-term value. Act as a visible and influential leader across internal partners, including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning, as well as external stakeholders such as agencies and retail partners, ensuring alignment and high-impact delivery. Leverage consumer insights, market analytics, and business performance data to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Lead both as a coach and contributor, shifting effectively between hands-on management of critical details and high-level strategic leadership. Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and consumer advocacy. Bring strong business leadership, including P&L management experience, brand strategy expertise, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, including capital expenditure projects. Communicate with clarity and influence across all levels of the organization, while leading with resilience, pragmatism, and comfort through ambiguity and change.
