Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage projects to ensure key milestones are met within schedule.
Develop and maintain master project schedules, monitoring progress against defined milestones.
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of project activities.
Oversee responsibilities across functions to keep project milestones on track.
Organize and lead Factory Acceptance Tests with customers and distributors.
Ensure all project documentation is reviewed, agreed upon, and finalized for delivery.
Schedule and coordinate on-site testing, ensuring a seamless handover to the aftermarket team.
Provide first-level technical support throughout project execution.
Assist with project feasibility studies and cost estimation for project management activities.
Submit monthly project status reports to identify and address key issues or concerns.
Support submittals by providing engineering input for 3rd-party product and drawings.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution processes.
Collaborate with interplant associates on deliveries, factory tests, and documentation.
Work closely with the scheduler, customer service, and production teams to update project status during weekly meetings.
Attend site meetings with contractors and consultants, as required.
Manage site installations, ensuring timely completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors on installation work, material approvals, and drawing submissions.
Qualifications / Requirements
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience;
At least 2 years of experience in project management.
Excellent ability of organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
