Your Team, Your Impact The Demand Planning team plays a critical role in driving accurate, data-informed forecasts that support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. This team (1) drives the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, (2) collaborates closely with Business Units to capture market intelligence, customer trends, and new product introductions, and (3) influences executive-level decisions with data-driven insights and scenario planning. What You Can Expect Responsible for improving demand forecast accuracy using advanced forecasting techniques Drive adoption and improvement of Statistical models using Machine Learning Analyze Market trends, backlog, bookings, point-of-sales, and etc. against historical trends to identify anomalies Create targeted forecasting techniques for various customer and product segmentation Publish and monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ad-hoc projects that involving cross-functional teams from Finance, Sales and Product Marketing teams
