Actively manage parts sales by effectively forecasting inventory turnover and replenishment; monitor inventory levels and order parts as required ensuring adequate supply based on sales information and re-ordering points

Maintain a clean, well-ordered work environment free of trash and hazards - Ship and receive shop tools requiring repair or replacement
Retain/ ship parts and maintain JBHT information systems of parts and fuel to ensure proper quantity ordered and damage free; stock inbound parts to proper storage location and update information systems
Regularly gather management reports of parts usage, sales and other timely data
Provide administrative support by copying and typing correspondence, maintaining records and filing
Perform the daily full time tasks of a technician in addition to the responsibilities of a Parts Manager on an as needed basis (e.g. order parts for stock orders, review with local vendors)
Fulfill parts requests by technicians and ensure parts are properly charged to the unit under repair
Ensure each unit has required inventory of equipment in order to determine usability and replacement of non-functional equipment
Ensure compliance of safety policies and required items for Safety, OSHA, First Aid, etc. are well stocked and available for usage
Effectively manage and forecast the adequate storage requirements of ample and damage free inventory per the Company's Warranty Retention and Core Management procedures
Conduct Cycle Counts and periodic inventories as required
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent and up to a 2 years of direct experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed
Ability to multitask

The expected starting pay range for this position is between $21.40 - $32.10
