Clinical Guidance: Oversee immediate clinical needs, crisis de-escalation, and the implementation of treatment plans, utilizing Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R) principles.
Collaborative Continuity: Partner closely with weekday Residential Managers and the Director of Residential Housing to ensure seamless communication, shift handoffs, and care coordination.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience Option 2: Bachelor's degree in a human services field with significant, demonstrated leadership and clinical experience working with the behavioral health population.
Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health, with a preference for prior supervisory, case management, or residential housing experience.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to lead multicultural staff and serve diverse client populations.
Driving Compliance: Must meet the requirements specified in the Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy and maintain these requirements as a condition of employment.
Training: Completion of all required orientation and leadership training within the established company timeline.
