Fit, program, and fine tune hearing instruments for optimal performance and comfort
Provide ongoing follow-up care to ensure patient satisfaction and long term success
Educate patients and families on hearing health, hearing aid options, and realistic expectations
Perform cleanings, troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs
Patient Journey & Experience
Guide patients through their full hearing journey, from initial consultation through long-term care
Build strong, trust-based relationships through education, empathy, and consistent follow-up
Deliver an exceptional experience aligned with Beltone's commitment to professionalism, care, and individualized treatment
Clinic Growth & Community Engagement
Support practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and high-quality outcomes
Participate in local events, community outreach, and hearing health awareness initiatives
Contribute to appointment conversion and overall clinic performance
Operations & Documentation
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow clinical best practices and established workflows
Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
Requirements
Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser / Hearing Instrument Specialist (required)
Strong diagnostic, fitting, and counseling skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Professionalism with the ability to work both independently and within a team
A patient-first mindset and passion for improving quality of life through better hearing
