As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact through: The Impact You'll Make in this Role Market & Customer Insights : Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence to inform strategy. Leverage insights from dental professionals, distributors, and KOLs to optimize marketing effectiveness. Marketing Strategy and Execution : Develop and execute the annual and long-term marketing plan for Taiwan dental market, aligning with global and APAC regional strategy and goal. Translate global and regional strategies into strong local execution. Product Lifecycle Management: Lead new product launches (NPI) and manage the existing portfolio, ensuring sales teams are equipped with high-impact clinical and marketing collateral. Brand Transformation & Awareness: Lead the rebranding transition from 3M Healthcare to Solventum across all marketing touchpoints (products, assets, etc.). Drive brand awareness of Solventum and reinforce premium brand positioning. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with global brand guidelines. Budget & Performance Management : Manage the local marketing budget with strong ROI discipline. Define KPIs and track campaign performance, brand health, and business impact. Manage external agencies (creative, digital, PR, event agencies) as needed. Sales Collaboration: Act as the key marketing partner to the Taiwan Sales team to identify market gaps and empower the sales team with the tools needed to drive demand generation and commercial excellence. Regional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with APAC regional marketing team and global stakeholders, ensuring Taiwan's market needs are represented and campaigns are localized effectively. Required Experience & Qualification: To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a Life Sciences field . 10+ years of marketing experience in the Dental or Healthcare/Medical Device industry. Strong strategic marketing capability combined with hands-on execution experience. Experiences in brand management, brand building, or corporate rebranding. Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with APAC regional and global teams. In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Understanding of the Taiwan dental (healthcare) market's ecosystem, including procurement behaviors and the regulatory environment. Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience managing premium or professional brands in healthcare (medical, dental, pharma) Experience in multinational companies or matrix organizations. Solid experience working cross-functionally with sales and regional/global stakeholders.
