5+ years' experience managing and growing High Net Worth client relationships within Private Banking or a closely related environment
Strong understanding of entrepreneur clients and the financial needs of founders and owner‑managed businesses
Proven ability to originate new client relationships through professional and introducer networks
Experience delivering tailored financial solutions across banking, lending, investments and wealth planning
Strong stakeholder management skills, working collaboratively across complex organisations
