Act as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams.

Requirements
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant professional experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Agile delivery, or related disciplines may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Operations, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, user-centred analysis, business process modelling, and requirements management.
Proven ability to gather, document, validate, and translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder discussions, and design thinking sessions.
Familiarity with ideation, prototyping, user research, and service journey mapping techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise user insights, stakeholder feedback, and data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, visualisation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, SQL, and data visualisation platforms.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant domain expertise and industry knowledge will be an advantage.
