Responds to volunteer questions and supports volunteer relations activities
Assists with onboarding new volunteers
Supports the processing of resignations and terminations
Assists with preparing and conducting performance reviews
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the HR Manager
Maintains and files volunteer records and documentation
Prepares correspondence and new volunteer files as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned
Available to perform duties during EST business hours
Commitment to volunteer 8-10 hours per week for at least 12 months
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Attention to detail and effective time management skills
Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred
