Develops curriculum and care coordination competencies, enables advancement, and addresses specific needs of case management extenders. Job Description: Essential Functions: Assists with new hire orientation and onboarding process, preceptor development and ongoing unit-based skills education. Educates and presents in classroom style events, informal groups, or individual sessions and facilitates educational sessions for clinical education, skills day training, just-in-time training needs, or other identified learning opportunities. Participates, consults and facilitates on committees or projects identified by leadership. Communicates with leadership team to disseminate information to the clinical team using adult learning principles. Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, education, population health, or a related field, required. Licensure Requirement: Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy and position-specific requirements. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
