Cleaner/Cook

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the office and guest house, including rooms, floors, furniture, windows, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure the office, guest house, and kitchen are kept clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
• Prepare and serve daily meals for staff and support refreshments during meetings and official visits when required.
• Operate and maintain cleaning and kitchen equipment, including washing machines, vacuum cleaners, and other related appliances.
• Monitor and report any maintenance, repair, or supply needs to the Supervisor.
• Ensure the availability of cleaning materials, drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar, and other necessary supplies, and store them safely.
• Monitor the consumption of cleaning and kitchen supplies and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
