Candidates who value precision, compassion, and strong client relationships will excel in this position. - Monthly Compensation Range: 1,060 to 1,150 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Managing and updating CRM records in Clio - Assisting with client communication through RingCentral and Gmail - Maintaining confidentiality in all written and verbal communication - Communicating with clients and managing follow-ups - Organizing files, tasks, and documentation - Supporting immigration-related processes when needed - Prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion - Assisting with various administrative duties based on evolving needs - Preparing and organizing client information and materials - Providing executive-level support with professionalism and discretion
