JOB PURPOSE Ensuring the availability, reliability, and operational efficiency of production assets according managing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment and systems, used in manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Support preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plan strategies implementation defined for the Maintenance Planning department.
- Ensure traceability and compliance with work orders.
- Support operational teams with the generation/updating of preventive maintenance routines.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects related to reliability, energy efficiency and maintenance cost reduction.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports of maintenance indicators.
- Manage the weekly generation of "A3 Problem Solving" because of the Top Offender analysis in the areas of Starters and Alternators corresponding to the Maintenance Indicators.
- Ensure the history of preventive maintenance orders (in system and printed), requested in Internal and External Audits.
- Conduct maintenance indicator training for maintenance supervisors and maintenance technicians.
- Conduct compliance audits of preventive maintenance and autonomous maintenance routines.
- Participate in updating the documents of the Integrated Safety, Environment and Quality system according to the needs of the organization.
- Participate in Safety, Environment and Quality system audits, according to the needs of the organization.
- Manage the list of equipment and machinery to ensure the generation of maintenance programs for each asset declared in the organization.
- Conduct TPM workshops with the operational areas.
- Meet the department's objectives.
- Manage the spare parts lists issued in conjunction with maintenance supervisors, allowing for their updating and management.
- Manage preventive maintenance plans for the building (on applicable equipment).
- Manage reports issued by external preventive maintenance services.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and production engineering to ensure equipment integrity during changeovers or new technology installations.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety, quality and environmental standards related to maintenance.
- Evaluate external suppliers for specialized maintenance services.
- Participate in internal and external audits. Actively participate in the Annual Physical Inventory.
- Manage changes/improvements to the HolisTech maintenance management system.
Requirements
- Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar Professional career.
- Desirable strong knowledge of Maintenance Management digital systems, RCM, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years in similar positions in the automotive or advanced manufacturing industry.
- Verifiable experience in processes with semi-automatic equipment, assembly lines and CNC or robotic machinery, Press process, industry 4.0 and PLC upgrade.
- K nowledge of Mechanics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical, Control, and Industrial Installations, Maintenance KPI calculations: Asset reliability, MTBF, MTTR and PM compliance.
- Statistical tools: Pareto, Cause-and-Effect Diagram, Control Charts, etc. Data analysis using the Power Bi platform. Creation of Dashboards for indicator reporting. Management of the SharePoint platform to document, organize and share information with the Maintenance, Engine
