Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence Studies, Engineering, Data Analytics, Military Science, Cyber Operations, or related field; equivalent professional experience may be substituted

Active TS//SCI security clearance required (must be able to maintain)

Torch Technologies is seeking a Data/Operations Test Analyst to join our team and support JIATF 401 in Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) operations across multiple warfighting domains. This role provides operational analysis, technical data analysis, intelligence support, and test support for C-sUAS mission planning, operational assessments, and capability integration efforts.
As a Data/Operations Test Analyst, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
Conduct all-source analysis and assist in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence information related to target device TTPs, technologies, and safe handling procedures for U.S. and coalition forces on a need-to-know basis.
Utilize multiple intelligence disciplines, including TECHINT, SIGINT/CYBER, HUMINT, and MASINT, across all levels of classified information to support mission requirements.
Provide advanced technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in support of DEVCOM C5ISR Center counter-improvised threat device efforts, including threats associated with unmanned systems.
Perform operational analysis for C-sUAS operations across one or more warfighting domains, including maritime, fixed-site/base defense, and ground operations.
Analyze service-specific operational requirements, concepts of operation, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) related to C-sUAS employment.
Conduct operational assessments of C-sUAS threats, vulnerabilities, capability gaps, and mission effectiveness within assigned operational domains.
Develop and recommend domain-specific C-sUAS integration strategies, operational procedures, and capability solutions.
Coordinate with service component representatives, Joint Staff personnel, government agencies, and interagency partners to ensure C-sUAS capabilities align with mission and operational requirements.
Support operational test events, training exercises, evaluations, and vulnerability assessments through technical and domain expertise.
Prepare analytical reports, technical documentation, operational briefings, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and mission stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and synthesize operational and technical data to support strategic recommendations and operational decision-making.
Operate effectively in dynamic, high-tempo environments with changing priorities and mission requirements.
