About the role
Leads the creation and execution of a data-driven, multi-channel communications strategy across Southeast Asia, focused on delivering compelling messaging, strengthening brand positioning, and driving engagement with priority segments. Strengthening the organization's visibility and reputation across Southeast Asia What You Know Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage. 8+ years of experience in marketing communications, campaign management, or brand strategy Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns across diverse markets. Regional or international experience (SEA preferred) within a matrix organization Strong experience in strategic communications planning aligned with business objectives Demonstrated expertise in: Integrated marketing & digital channels, Brand governance and positioning, PR, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives. Experience collaborating with global teams and central communication functions. Industry experience (e.g., industrial, energy, technology, or B2B sectors) is a plus
