In addition to On Location (OL)'s role as the Official Hospitality Provider for the FIFA World Cup™, OL is additionally partnering with the Mexico City Stadium to provide hospitality services to Palco and Platea ticketholders. OL is seeking to appoint an in-market Venue Manager to act as the day-to-day point of contact for Palco and Platea Hospitality. This role will be responsible for leading the delivery of services including: Manage, on behalf of Stadium, vendors providing the below services: Host/hostess Access control/security Catering services Furniture Florals Entertainment Cleaning and waste management Gifting, wristbands, uniforms and any other small design elements Production of any interior environmental design elements Provide oversight on menu development process and catering service levels. Provide oversight on environmental design of hospitality space. Train and manage all contracted staff to support the Stadium Hospitality Products including catering staff, guest experience such as host/hostess and access control/security staff. Develop documentation to guide operations in lead up to and during each Match for each hospitality space. Support build of system to credential guests for access to hospitality spaces included in applicable Stadium Hospitality Products. Provide customer support for Hospitality Customers. Be part of the OL management team that advises on product inclusions, details of guest experience and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong venue management (arena or stadium), project management and hospitality management skills as well as excellent attention to detail. Strong preference will be given to candidates who have existing relationships with the venue. Analytical skills will be paramount to success, as well as ensuring that day to day venue-related milestones are met and that communication with senior leadership is consistent and direct. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the project management efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and communication Establish and nurture relationships with venue owners, operators, and event contractors, fostering effective collaboration and partnership Establish and nurture relationships as required with Palco and Platea customers Build and manage a small and effective team to deliver hospitality outcomes Assist with planning site visits for internal and external stakeholders and coordinate venue-related meetings. Support coordination, scheduling and materials preparation for cross-functional venue operational planning Monitor key dates, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely progress and adherence to timelines Assist with budget development, tracking and analysis in line with financial objectives Support the preparation and delivery or internal reporting and status tracking across various venue-related workstreams
