As Oxford enters a period of significant transformation we are seeking a visionary, pragmatic executive to lead Global Technology, Data & AI. This role is accountable for shaping and executing Oxford's enterprise technology strategy, evolving our operating model, and ensuring technology is a true business enabler across investments, development, operations, and corporate functions. What You'll Lead Enterprise Technology & Data Strategy - Define and execute a future ready technology, data, and AI strategy aligned with Oxford's business priorities and growth ambitions. Operating Model & Transformation Leadership - Lead the evolution of Oxford's Data & Technology operating model through ERP and platform transformation, balancing innovation with resilience and execution discipline. Business Partnership & Value Realization - Establish a strong, outcome driven business partnering model that ensures technology investments deliver measurable business value across the enterprise. Data, Analytics & AI Enablement - Build scalable enterprise data platforms and advance analytics, automation, and AI - including LLM enabled capabilities - with a strong focus on governance, security, and responsible use. People & Leadership - Build, lead, and inspire a high performing global team of technology and business professionals, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong leadership bench strength. Enterprise & OMERS Collaboration - Partner closely with the OMERS Data & Technology team and enterprise Centers of Excellence to deliver aligned, scalable, and enterprise wide outcomes. Within the First 12 Months The Vice President, Global Technology, Data & AI will have: Established a clear enterprise technology, data, and AI vision aligned to Oxford's business strategy, ERP roadmap, and longer term operating model. Stabilized and strengthened the Data & Technology operating model, with clear accountabilities, decision rights, and delivery disciplines through the ERP transformation. Built trusted, outcomes based business partnerships with senior leaders across investments, development, operations, and corporate functions. Defined and launched a scalable enterprise data foundation that improves data quality, trust, and availability across the organization. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field; advanced degree in Technology or MBA preferred 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, with at least 8+ years of leading large, complex teams Proven ability to lead organizations through significant transformation and change Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language Demonstrated track record of innovation, modernization, and large scale program delivery Deep understanding of asset centric operations, capital projects, portfolio data, and property systems Strong partnership across investment, development, property management, and finance Deep experience in data architecture, governance, advanced analytics, and AI Proven capability in developing and deploying applications, automation, and AI within SDLC and risk frameworks ITIL, NIST or other technology-related certifications considered an asset How We Work We believe that time together in the office is important for OMERS and Oxford, the strength of our employees, and the work we do for our pension members.
