About the role

Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital (Albany, Georgia) is looking for a dynamic nursing leader to join our team in delivering quality patient care to the communities in SW Georgia. As the Director of Patient Care services, you'll lead a team of passionate RN's and ancillary staff, ensuring that our patients receive quality care while maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have nursing leadership, staff development, patient satisfaction, quality care, budget, operational efficiency, strategy/planning and driving great care. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years nursing experience -Medical surgical, telemetry and acute care nursing 2 Years Nurse management experience Georgia RN license BLS from AHA BSN required with an MSN/MHA preferred
