About the role
This is an opportunity to join OLIVER's dedicated in-house studio embedded with a globally recognised B2B organisation as an Interim Project Manager, leading creative and digital projects from brief to completion within a Digital Centre of Excellence. The studio sits at the heart of the client's marketing department - with an ambitious mandate to put the Saudi events industry on the global map. Based in London on a hybrid working pattern, you'll own the full project lifecycle across digital content, social campaigns, and events marketing: managing timelines, resources, and budgets, and keeping a high-volume, multi-discipline programme moving with clarity and momentum. Your ability to bring structure to complexity will keep projects on track and creative output at its best. As Project Manager, you'll report to the Senior Project Manager and work as part of a 10-person Digital Centre of Excellence team, embedded within a wider group of 29 across OLIVER and the client organisation. You'll take full ownership of project plans - triaging incoming briefs, managing team capacity, facilitating review and approval processes, and ensuring every deliverable lands on time and to budget. You'll work alongside the client's other external agencies and partners, acting as a trusted bridge between agency rigour and client-side ways of working.

- Build productive working relationships with team members, senior stakeholders, and event owners - ensuring priorities are understood and risks are escalated appropriately
- Champion internal project management processes, supporting marketing managers to improve guidelines, templates, and workflows
