Job Description: We are seeking a proactive Account Executive to drive the acquisition of new clients for the Baker Tilly Sage Intacct practice focusing on selling Sage Intacct Construction solutions and related services. Your primary goal will be to grow new sales revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the Sage Intacct practice team, including marketing, consulting leaders, and solution engineers, to ensure a smooth and successful sales process and implementation delivery. Job Responsibilities Proactively prospect and generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and engaging with both new prospects and existing clients to build a robust sales pipeline. Work in collaboration with the business development and marketing team to identify and qualify high-potential leads. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification through contract negotiation and deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Participate actively in product demonstrations alongside Solution Engineers (SEs) to highlight the benefits and capabilities of Sage Intacct, ensuring prospects understand how the solution can address their business needs. Collaborate with SEs to conduct thorough discovery sessions, uncover detailed requirements, and identify key business challenges for companies evaluating Sage Intacct solutions. Develop tailored presentations and strategies that align with the prospect's specific business goals, positioning Sage Intacct as the optimal solution for their needs. Build strong internal partnerships with counterparts strategizing on how Sage Intacct can drive growth and success across key business areas (finance, construction, operations, supply chain, etc.). Maintain CRM accuracy by meticulously tracking opportunities, pipeline activities, and sales forecasts to ensure up-to-date reporting and pipeline visibility. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of recent experience with mid-market ERP solutions, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and expertise. Experience with Sage Intacct products is a plus. Bachelor's Degree required. Proactive self-starter who thrives in independent work while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment. Proven experience in consultative selling, with the ability to challenge businesses to think strategically and adopt new perspectives. Ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless execution throughout the sales cycle. Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas, showcasing a strong performance and results-driven mentality. Demonstrated success in developing new business, managing complex sales cycles, and nurturing leads from initial outreach through deal closure. Logical and analytical thinker with strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex ERP solutions. The pay rate range for this job position is £ 58,000 to £ 76,130. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skill
