PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Insurance is the largest and most established vertical within MSM, with strong brand recognition and a complex, high-value partner ecosystem. It plays a critical role in driving overall business performance and future growth. As the market continues to evolve, with regulatory change and increasing competition, this is a pivotal time to shape how we trade, partner and grow. The Motor channel sits at the heart of this, offering significant opportunity to drive both immediate performance and longer-term strategic value. This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end ownership of commercial performance across the Motor channel. You will lead an integrated commercial function, bringing together trading and partnerships to drive revenue, improve partner performance and strengthen MSM's market position. The role combines strategy, execution and leadership, with accountability for delivering sustainable growth in a complex, regulated environment. You will operate as a key member of the Insurance leadership team, influencing direction, shaping priorities and driving delivery across the business.
