Position Details Building and managing the framework for risk management, compliance, and information security within the Advertising Business Division. - Education & Training: Planning and creating educational content (e-learning, training materials, etc.) regarding risk, compliance, and information security. Managing target audience lists for e-learning, tracking completion rates, and promoting participation. - Risk Management: Identifying risks in the advertising business and developing/executing risk management plans. Managing information during incidents, formulating/implementing recurrence prevention measures, and preparing reports. Crisis management and response (e.g., during natural disasters). - Compliance: Maintaining and updating the list of compliance officers. Analyzing, formulating, and operating compliance programs (identifying issues and countermeasures). - Quality Management: Conducting advertising-related audits for JICDAQ certification renewals (Brand Safety and Ad Fraud prevention).
