As a Chemist I in Morristown, New Jersey , you will be an important contributor within our laboratory and technical teams, supporting the development, testing, and optimization of chemical solutions that help protect people, products, and infrastructure worldwide. Essential Job Functions: Perform routine laboratory experiments, testing, and analyses in accordance with established methods and safety standards Accurately document experimental data, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks and systems Support formulation development, product improvement, and troubleshooting activities Collaborate with senior chemists and cross‑functional teams to meet project and business objectives Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and a safe, organized working environment Follow quality, regulatory, and environmental procedures to ensure compliant operations Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline Foundational laboratory experience gained through industry, internships, or academic research Working knowledge of basic analytical and laboratory techniques Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a team‑based environment Curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced setting (To be included in US Postings Only) The expected salary range for this role is 60-65k but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
