What you do Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and principles Facilitate productive Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives Support Product Owners to manage the backlog and maximise value for the team Remove blockers and impede work progress Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to improve and support the scaling of Agility within the bank Foster a safe and trusting team environment Who you work with Group Operations & Technology co-creates products and solutions, building the underlying technology applications and services, and managing the Group's IT operations & cyber defence.
