Act as the Quality representative in cross-functional teams for customer projects, ensuring action follow-up, issue resolution, and on-time delivery of project deliverables.
Serve as liaison within the Quality Unit, ensuring tasks are effectively prioritized, completed on time, and communicated clearly and promptly.
Manage Annual Product Reviews (APR), customer complaints, product recalls, and lot disposition.
Monitoring of final product quality, including deviation management (ISA/OOC/OOT) and contribute to Continued Process Verification (CPV).
Ensure inspection readiness for regulatory and customer audits, representing the department as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with solid knowledge of GMP environments and Quality Systems.
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal), with experience in with client interactions and project management.
Good understanding of statistics and data analysis, with the ability to identify trends from manufacturing or QC data and present findings to stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.

The full‑time annual base pay for this position in Spain is expected to range between EUR 38,250 min and EUR 46,000. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
