We are looking for an inspiring Engineering Manager to lead and grow our dedicated team of 26 engineers, shaping the future of indoor units for our residential heat pump products. Key responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Directly lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of approximately 26 engineers. You will be responsible for their career growth, fostering a collaborative and innovative team spirit, and shaping the team's long-term strategic direction. Strategic & Technical Ownership Drive the technical vision for our indoor unit product line. You will guide the team through the entire development lifecycle, from requirements engineering to final integration and testing, ensuring we deliver on specifications, timelines, and cost targets. Technical & Competence Development Guide the team's technical growth and manage its core competencies. You will be responsible for developing the skills of your engineers while assuring the quality of the results and deliverables from the team. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a key partner to other departments, including manufacturing, modules, purchasing and product management. You will champion your team's work and ensure seamless collaboration across the entire product development ecosystem to bring our vision to life. What distinguishes you: Education Degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics) or a similar qualification.
