The Motion Picture Association Government Affairs team is looking for an intern to assist with a variety of issues during the Summer of 2026 The intern will assist the Government Affairs staff in a variety of research and policy tasks, including the monitoring of current legislation, tracking of Congressional activity, and research of key Members of Congress and the Administration. The intern will work under the close supervision of MPA employees and will receive valuable educational training. Experience and Qualification: Must be able to obtain college credit for the internship as this is an unpaid position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must possess strong organizational, time management, and writing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Work Hours: This is a full-time opportunity. Interns must be able to work up to 40 hours per week. Part-time applicants may also be considered. Internship Compensation: This is an unpaid position. Prospective interns must be eligible to receive college credit from their college or university. Work Location: The internship will be hybrid, with some days in office at MPA's Washington, DC headquarters and other days on a work-from-home model.
