About the role
Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, you will be responsible for engineering and operationalizing ATI Business Group's RPA and Agentic Automation capabilities to accelerate intelligent execution, reduce manual operational effort, and ensure automation systems are reliable, scalable, and production-ready. Your primary objective is to design, build, and maintain automation solutions that combine UiPath-based RPA with agentic orchestration using n8n, LangChain, APIs, and enterprise integrations. This includes implementing intelligent workflow logic, secure system connectivity, observability, and continuous improvement so automation can move beyond repetitive scripts into context-aware, action-driven enterprise automation.
