Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer or Industrial), Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience.
12 - 15 years of experience in process improvement and change management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across cultures and geographies.
Ability to work reliably and effectively with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of urgency and a bias for action.
Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and a strong internal customer focus.
Familiarity with process mapping and root cause analysis.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $109,600 to $150,700. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.

The Lead Analyst NPI , based in the ADI Wilmington office, will support and continuously improve New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. This role partners with Business Unit project managers and New Product Coordinators (NPCs) to resolve operational issues and reduce cycle time from development to release for manufacturing. In the near term, the primary focus will be supporting PRIME (Product Release Integration Management Environment), the new product manufacturing validation workflow.
Proactively resolve issues reported by business unit partners, including New Product Coordinators (NPCs) and project managers.
Document workflow requirements to enable the development and release of new product types.
Identify process-improvement opportunities, define scope, and drive improvement projects to completion.
Support the creation of new and increasingly complex NPI workflows.
Monitor performance dashboards and help develop meaningful metrics and reporting.
Provide input on integration and harmonization of peripheral systems that support new product processes.
Process data change requests (ECNs) accurately and on time.
Respond to production queries and coordinate resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
Log system bugs and issues in JIRA and track them through resolution.
Maintain Global Operations performer tables and ensure data accuracy.
Review, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors to keep workflows running smoothly.
