About the role
We seek a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance, installation, and repair tasks across commercial properties. Your expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems will ensure that all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and safety regulations. How You Will Add Value You will perform routine inspections and preventative upkeep across a wide range of building equipment. You will keep our HVAC systems running at their best through skilled repairs and proactive maintenance; coordinate with vendors when needed. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical components while staying fully compliant with all codes. You will assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems - pipes, fittings, fixtures, and more. You will diagnose and resolve everyday plumbing issues, from clogged drains to touch-free dispensers. You will spot issues early and take action before they become costly problems; coordinate with vendors when needed. You will support general facility maintenance to keep operations running smoothly. You will accurately log completed work and materials used. You will follow all safety policies and help champion a safety-first mindset. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to keep our facilities in top shape. You will maintain landscaping, as needed. What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role 6-8+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance required . Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical circuits, and plumbing principles. Certifications such as EPA Section 608 for refrigerants or Journeyman license are highly valued. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Participate in on-call rotation every 3 weeks.
