New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative techniques.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
Proven track record of collaborating across functions and working effectively in a team-oriented environment
Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
