We are looking for
Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills
Fluent German and English skills are a must, both in written and spoken
Willingness to take ownership
Capable of working under pressure while keeping sight of the bigger picture and of the full business processes
Good coordination and negotiation skills
A true team player
Knowledge of logistics a plus
Eye for detail and a proactive nature
Min. 5 years of experience within a commercial or operational function.

As a Customer Success Partner, you will work closely with account owners. The daily interaction with stakeholders on various levels around the world will be your main tasks. You will have interactions with senior management from of our own company but also exposure to the (senior) management of the client. Expanding the business and focusing on our different products are just some of the important tasks of your new role and together with your team colleagues you will be an extension of the Account Manager building a professional and highly engaged team.
