Minimum Education:
Advanced Practice Nurse: Master's Degree or higher in Nursing from a nationally accredited organization.
Physician Assistant: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies from an ARC-PA-accredited organization.

Position Summary:
The Medical College of Wisconsin's Department of Neurology | Division of Pediatric Neurology is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide specialty medical care within the Pediatric Epilepsy Program (Hybrid) . This position is located in Miwalukee, WI at the Children's Wisconsin hospital campus. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team who will contribute to excellence in program administration, patient care, patient safety, research, quality improvement, and teaching.
Position Highlights:
Join a multidisciplinary epilepsy team of providers
Provide comprehensive care to patients with epilepsy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Partner and collaborate with supervising physicians and attendings on the inpatient unit
Work in a vibrant academic medical center with active involvement in teaching and mentoring
Collaborate with fellows, residents, and medical students during clinical care and educational activities
Participate in case conferences, grand rounds, and interdisciplinary teaching sessions
May practice at two or more clinical locations
Reports to the Child Neurology APP Manager
Schedule:
Weekends and holiday required
