Senior Product Designer The Senior Product Designer is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for owning design work end-to-end - from early problem framing through research, prototyping, and delivery. This role brings both craft and strategic thinking to complex SaaS product challenges, producing work that is well-reasoned, user-validated, and ready to build. The Senior Product Designer has a strong grasp of the team's vision and product objectives, and consistently delivers designs that connect user needs to business outcomes. They understand how to design products that incorporate AI features - not just use AI tools to speed up their own process - and bring curiosity about emerging methods to how they work. As a senior voice on the team, they actively contribute to design culture through mentorship and critique.
