Minimum 1 year experience as a Lube Tech or similar role
Solid understanding of heavy equipment servicing and components
MSHA Part 48 Metal/Nonmetal required (support provided for updates)
Clean driver's abstract (dated within 30 days)
Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Work Conditions:
Rotating shifts, 10-12 hours per day
Overtime paid after 40 hours

Perform daily inspections and flag repair or maintenance needs
Keep oils, lubricants, and service supplies stocked and organized
Work closely with maintenance and operations to minimize downtime
Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety requirements
Take ownership of equipment readiness and site safety
