At LiveRamp, the Product organization has evolved from a portfolio-led model to a solutions-first approach, one that more accurately reflects how customers experience, purchase, and derive value from LiveRamp. Rather than organizing around individual products, we are anchoring our roadmap around customer-centric solutions that bundle our core product capabilities into cohesive outcomes. These solutions define the primary ways customers engage with LiveRamp and serve as the foundation for our product planning, prioritization, development, and go-to-market alignment. We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Identity and Data Foundational Solutions team. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of complex programs, serving as the critical link between Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing/Go-to-Market, and Commercial teams. You will be responsible for translating our strategic vision into a successful execution strategy by fostering cross-functional alignment and strengthening key stakeholder relationships. A proactive problem-solver, you will identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery, while continuously innovating processes to enhance program reporting and execution. Whether engaging in deep technical discussions with individual contributors or presenting high-level strategy to C-suite executives, you communicate with confidence, clarity, and purpose. You Will: Program Lifecycle Leadership: Own the end-to-end execution of multiple complex programs, from facilitating quarterly planning, to iterative changes, all the way through to successful commercial launches of multi-quarter solutions and incremental feature deliverables. Strategic Alignment & Prioritization: Partner with Executive Leadership across multiple solutions to prioritize across solutions, managing scope/timeline/capacity trade-offs and reinforcing the prioritization framework when faced with new injections or displacements. Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively identify, track, and resolve program-level dependencies and technical complexities across teams to ensure seamless delivery while simultaneously mitigating risks and escalating blockers where appropriate. Growth Mindset & Process Excellence: Active listening through retrospectives, to continuously implement and refine planning, development, and release techniques, ensuring teams maintain high Jira hygiene and utilize engineering metrics to improve team health, efficiency, and delivery quality. Operational Accountability: Own the "quality of the solution" by trusting and verifying technical estimates, ensuring rigorous testing/validation steps, and making sure every issue identified in syncs has a clear owner and resolution plan.
