Managing and sustaining process including involve safety activities including identifying hazards, participating in safety audits, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsible for solving daily process problems by systematic methods (e.g. 8D). Responsible for designing and executing experiments to test hypotheses and optimize processes. Responsible for demonstrating short-term and long-term process capability (Cmk, Cpk) through proficient process capability analysis and interpretation of results to identify areas for improvement. Ownership of FMEA development and implementation as well as control plans to mitigate risks in production. Independently develop and implement production standards, provide comprehensive training to operator on processes, procedures, and equipment. Define, prescribe in process data sheet and enforce process parameters. Control, analyze consumable cost related to process as well as monitor inventory to ensure efficient use and prevent stockouts. Improvement activity including lead process optimization initiatives using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, A3, analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improvement. Drive continuous improvement projects by setting goals, leading cross-functional teams, and measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes. Release new MAE (machine and equipment), new product, and new material suppliers with role of process lead. Support and collaboration including cooperate with BPS (Bosch Production System) coordinator in BPS maturity improvement. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the production team.
