Strong Middle / Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Investigate and resolve client escalations beyond first-line support capabilities Drive end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements, from requirements gathering to implementation and stakeholder feedback Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices supporting reporting, integrations, and core product workflows Work within a mature codebase, refactoring and improving existing components to enhance scalability, maintainability, and performance Act as R&D Owner for roadmap initiatives, leading grooming, requirements definition, implementation, and review Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices across the team 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Go Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Experience with cloud platforms AWS and/or GCP, including deployment and infrastructure management Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex initiatives Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions Proactive mindset for identifying and implementing product/process improvements Advanced written and spoken English WILL BE A PLUS: Experience with cybersecurity, fraud prevention, detection, or other security-focused products Experience with large-scale, high-traffic, or performance-sensitive systems PERSONAL PROFILE: Self-driven engineer with strong ownership mentality Capable of leading initiatives from concept to delivery Enjoys tackling complex challenges and improving systems Committed to contributing to team-wide best practices
