This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll bring structure, consistency, and control to high-volume operational processes-ensuring every transaction is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. How You'll Shine You'll lead a team responsible for administrative, transactional, and financial processes across the customer lifecycle-helping us deliver a consistent and high-quality experience every time. In this role, you will: Lead and support teams across administration and financial operations Ensure work is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with compliance requirements Oversee end-to-end account processes Maintain strong control over financial activities such as reconciliations, cash allocation, and transaction processing Act as an escalation point for complex operational and customer matters Drive consistency in processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk Partner with stakeholders across the business to support smooth, connected operations Coach and develop your team, building capability, accountability, and performance
