Assist in researching and identifying potential new suppliers/vendors across various categories.
Collect company profile, equipment list, RFI(Request for Information), RFQ(Request for Quote) from potential suppliers.
Prepare pre-assessment summary report.
Attend industry exhibitions (as needed) to gather supplier insights and market trends.
Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, commodity pricing, and potential supply chain risks.
Supplier Management:
1- Responsible for signing MSA, NDA, TOS with suppliers.
2- Complete supplier onboarding processes.
3- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records in the procurement system, including contact information, pricing agreements, and performance documentation.
4- Purchase Order (PO) management: issuing PO and tracking order status to ensure timely delivery.
Desired Traits
Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics, ect.).
1-3 Years experience in sourcing & supply chain.
Strong English verbal, reading/writing skills (CET6 or equivalent preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (data organization, filtering, basic analysis).
Open mindset & Willingness to learn and adapt.
