- Confidence working with large datasets and combining information from different sources
- A curious mindset - someone who asks questions, not just reports numbers
- Ability to understand user journeys and spot where improvements can be made
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to different audiences
- Experience working with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps is helpful
- Knowledge of statistical or modelling techniques
- Experience with tag management tools (such as Tealium)
