WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US SimCorp is looking for a graphical designer to fill the role of our new Senior Brand Specialist, Design . This position is a key role within the Global Brand & Design Team, part of the Global Marketing organization, and plays an important part in building, maintaining, and championing SimCorp's brand by developing high‑quality visual solutions that create a consistent and compelling brand experience across video, print, digital, and physical platforms. With typically 5+ years of experience in branding and design, we are seeking someone who combines strong creative and technical design skills with a strategic mindset to transform complex ideas, messages, and campaign briefs into clear, engaging, and visually impactful narratives and dynamic creatives. This role requires a designer who takes ownership of their work, is detail‑oriented, and is passionate about using visuals to communicate, persuade, and support business objectives for both internal and external audiences. Working in close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders, you will help ensure that all creative outputs adhere to and evolve the Corporate Visual Identity, using brand guidelines, templates, and modern design tools as a foundation. As part of an ambitious global team, this role contributes to upholding high creative standards while continuously exploring new tools, technologies, and design approaches to keep the SimCorp brand relevant and visually distinctive. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Your day‑to‑day work will include, but not be limited to: - Lead the design and execution of branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with SimCorp's visual identity and strategic goals across all touchpoints - Create compelling visuals for digital and print materials, including websites, social media, brochures, signage, presentations, campaigns, videos, and more - Produce dynamic, high‑quality videos, animations, and motion‑driven content that elevate our brand across digital campaigns and channels - Manage design projects from concept to final output through established project management processes and tools, ensuring transparency, quality control, and timely delivery - Collaborate closely with the broader Marketing organization, including Campaign, Content, Production, and Sales Enablement teams, to produce assets and templates for sales materials and support customer‑ and prospect‑facing initiatives - Support the Events Team by creating digital and physical design assets that ensure a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across the full event footprint - Leverage modern design tools, technologies, and formats to continuously improve creative output and effectiveness - Contribute to the development and evolution of brand guidelines, templates, and best practices WHAT WE VALUE Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above.
