About the role

This position will be part of the Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Trading scrum team to provide support and develop enhancements in the Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM) system, Endur, through scripting, automation, and integration, applying business domain knowledge in the front, middle and back offices and technical software development / engineering skills. The position will participate in moving solution development to test to production under software engineering principles and IT standards, work with a global team, catering to a diverse customer base from different continents. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Working closely with IT System Support Analyst and Business Partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and mapping them to Endur solutions Enhancing the Endur software to meet business needs or resolve issues Develop technical expertise to provide support on security, continuous integration, and automation beyond standard software development within the Endur application Working with partner teams to deploy these solutions to the production environment Working with Artificial Intelligence technology in solutioning business problems to supplement / complement existing ones in Endur Required Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business, Finance and Accounting Solid years of application operations support and/or project implementation experience in Endur Solid years of application operations support and/or project implementation experience with LNG as commodity Solid years of code development experience in Endur Solid years of integration experience with other applications interfacing with Endur Good foundation in ITSM, and Agile processes & tools; ITIL certified a plus Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both oral and written Excellent customer focus and superior results-orientation Experience in global team collaboration, in a multi-cultural environment Experience in working with and deploying AI solutions a big plus Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
