- Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in process mapping (BPMN) and data visualization tools.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex AI concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in Python and SQL or other agentic development environments.
- Operations Knowledge: Exposure to MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Requirements
- Experience in a high-tech environment (e.g., Cisco or similar networking/SaaS companies) and/or supply chain or service and support.
- Background in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
