Junior Finance Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented associate to join our financial operations team, supporting high‑volume transaction processing and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication in English, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting processes. In this position, you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end financial transactions, preparing reconciliations, and delivering timely reports to support month‑end activities. You will investigate and resolve discrepancies, maintain proper documentation, and adhere to internal controls while identifying opportunities for process improvements. Collaboration is key, as you will share knowledge with colleagues, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure smooth operations across the team.
