Associate's degree in computer science or related field (or 4 years in a related field)
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, technical support, or information technology environment.
Ability and willingness to use and understand computer systems, digital tools, manufacturing software, and basic technical equipment.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical documentation, work instructions, process flows, system procedures, and drawings.
Ability and willingness to read, interpret, and document technical data in English as required by business and regulatory needs.
Basic understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, and shop floor support requirements.
Desired Characteristics:
Ability to work independently with some assistance from senior manufacturing engineers.
Ability to recognize problems and resolve in a timely manner
Proven ability to work without supervision
Experience supporting continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or process optimization initiatives.
Strong communication skills and ability to train users across multiple skill levels.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement new tools, machinery, or software upgrades/applications.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process optimization.
Train operators on new processes, techniques, and best practices.
Design physical and virtual tools utilizing standard digital resources (i.e. Spotfire, Solidworks, CAD, QC-Calc, etc.)
Update and Improve work instructions, operating procedures, and standard applications.
Ability to analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Support and implement process improvement methodologies identifying inefficiencies, reducing waste, and improving throughput.
