Ability to work with stakeholders to manage a service transition, strong project/program management fundamentals required to plan, govern, control and document all transitions.
Proven ability to identify and embed operational controls in the transition process to mitigate transition risks e.g. people, process, tech, data.
Strong stakeholder and communication skills to facilitate transition governance in a calm, factual and action-oriented manner.
Skilled in solving complex problems with strong business & banking acumen to orchestrate multi-stream transition plans.
Proven leadership of high-performing teams, with a track record of collaboration and achieving effective, outcome-driven results.
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
5- 10+ year s in banking change/transition roles leading multiple transitions end-to-end, or in large-scale migrations in banking operations, shared service centres or global capability centres.
Proven delivery in one or more:
Technology service transition (e.g. IT service management)
Proven experience and knowledge in project planning, dependency management, execution discipline, and risk & control frameworks.
Experience in leading and delivering insights from working across business teams to support cross-functional process improvement s .
Working experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
Bachelor/Master degree in business, data analytics/ computer science, statistics or related discipline
Risk/Control literacy: operational risk, control frameworks
Project: PMP / Prince2 / Agile (not mandatory)
